بعض الإدارت تُبتلى بمدير يظن أنه الوحيد صاحب القرار
وأن العمل لا يستقيم إلا بوجوده ولا أحد يفهم غيره، إنه مدير يحتكر كل شيء بين يديه وإذا حدث خطأ رمى به على أقرب موظف.
وفي الحقيقة تجده بلا أخلاق وضعيف الكفاءة جاهلاً بالعمل وفوق جهله جمع صفات الحقد والحسد وإلحاق الضرر بالآخرين.
