- Lead, build, and manage a diverse team of local, expatriate, and third-party IT&C professionals
- Set clear weekly priorities for the team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency
- Effectively manage the IT &C Infrastructure to provide robust, resilient, cost-effective, and secure services to the business in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Undertake incident and Crisis Management - Support service recovery from incidents and crises, including full problem management and Root Cause Analysis to mitigate and prevent repeat incidents
