Suha Karkhy

I am Suha Karkhy Mohammed, a Software Engineer based in Erbil, Iraq, with experience in various technical areas. At Ovanya, I developed recommendation systems, improved the company's portfolio website, and contributed to API and database development. During my internship at Red Orchid Designs, I learned and mastered Three.js, a 3D animation library for web development. I also designed a dynamic portfolio website showcasing the company's architectural expertise. My skills include ReactJS, NextJS, MongoDB, Git, NodeJS, SQL, ThreeJS, Unreal Engine 5, Excel, Word, and Adobe Photoshop. I am fluent in Arabic and English and have good proficiency in Kurdish and Turkmen. In terms of programming languages, I am skilled in Python, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and Lua.

As a tutor at the University of Kurdistan Hewler, I taught Data Structures and Algorithms in C++, creating an interactive learning environment to help students apply theoretical concepts to practical problem-solving scenarios. During my internship at Lezzoo, I worked on developing an application using C++, contributing to my experience in software development.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Kurdistan Hewler, where my Senior project on Optical Music Recognition (OMR) technology earned me "Best Project" recognition. The project involved implementing technology to read musical sheets.
