 Carry out procurements in Erbil and where items are not locally available Liaise with the Logistics Team Leader regarding International procurement.
 Carry out procurement of items based on authorized requisitions, in line with DRC procedures.
 Conduct full tender processes and be accountable for ensuring such processes are conducted according to donor and DRC policies.
 To liaise closely with the Logistics Team Leader, the Logistics Officer (Warehouse and Distribution), and programmer teams on all procurements
 Ensure continued good relations with suppliers, that Supplier Relationship Management is always maintained, and that Service Level Agreements are accurately monitored and reported on.
 Ensure visibility of information (RO Tracking, Supplier Database, Cost Database) by providing updates to key programmer staff on a regular basis.
 Ensure the best quality/value solutions are sought for all procured items.
 Ensure that suppliers provide proper documentation for goods and services provided to DRC.
 Ensure complete and filed paperwork so that there is a clear auditable audit trail for all transactions. (Both Physical and electrical)
 Keep proper records of expenditures and be responsible for financial transactions carried out.
 Ensure that all transactions are carried out in a transparent, fair, and accountable manner.
 Planning and monitoring the receipt, storage, loading, and dispatch of goods
 Maintaining DRC warehouse documentation in an orderly and systematic filing system.
 Planning future storage capacity and locations within the Erbil Warehouse.
 Conduct routine stock takes of stocks and assets
 Producing regular Reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
 Maintaining standards on health and safety, hygiene, and security in the Beak Warehouse.
 Understand and ensure the observance of the DRC Code of Conduct.
 Ensures that all deliveries of stock/goods to DRC warehouses conform to the specifications as ordered on the original Purchase Order.
 Responsible for checking daily deliveries for quality of goods delivered to the DRC warehouse he/she is assigned to.
 Preparation of the Warehouse Loss/Shortage Damage Reports in relation to Damage/Loss/Shortage/Expired goods.
