Making bid /no bid decisions, preparing strategic proposals, increasing the contract win rate and differentiating the proposal are all key factors that increases the bid evaluation score/win rate. 

Middle East is a quite challenging context to implement projects, I am therefore able to reflect mitigations and plans that works with the on-ground context for different governorates in Iraq and many countries in the Middle East. Showing contextual understanding of the work location is key and educating the client on the on-ground need to implement is what makes methodologies stand out.

In addition to writing competitive proposals, I excel in registering companies/NGOs as supplier/vendor, registering for DUNS Number, NCAGE Code, UNGM, SAM and JCCS, World Bank eConsult, UNDP Atlas, GIZ DTVP, Grants Portals, and many other sourcing registrations.
