This is Ohood Neamat I have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mosul, I have +4 years of experience in Procurement and supply chain management where I was a procurement Officer at Albilad Co. in Baghdad for more than 4 years, I also Have good experience in contracts and bids documents where I used to prepare, review the bids documents and submit the commercial and technical offers when I was a Projects Manager assistant at Future will Co. in Baghdad and at FNC Co. in Erbil, I have a contact and strong relationship with a good amount of vendors and suppliers inside and outside Iraq. in addition to Professional communication and negotiation skills and Advance computer skills, including experience in ERP systems.

1- Procurement Officer (May 2018- August 2022) at Albilad for Production & Storage of Liquefied Industrial Gases Co. Ltd. Baghdad
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be Purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

2- Assistant Projects Manager (June 2015- March 2017)

• Preparation of BOQs and commercial offers for Tenders Proposals.
• Prefabricated building design and construction.
• Attend meetings with the clients and Stakeholders.
• Execution of (N2 storage tank + slabs +pipes + fill.) project at Halliburton Parpitan base.
