1- Perform Financial Review for all documents related to Mosul office programs and operations activities (PR, EER, PMT, Contracts, EOS, Tender, TA, Benefit Claim
2-Worked on the NAV system makes entries for all the transactions and payments happening with the bank batch belonging to Mosul office
3-Worked on preparing the Payroll for the North offices (Erbil. Mosul, KRK, Dohuk, and Sulaymaniyah)
4-worked on the Bank reconciliation.
5-Preparing the Amortization Premises, Phone cards amortization, and vehicles amortization for the North offices.
6-worked on the prepaid reconciliation for all the country offices and worked on the Takes reconciliation for KRG and NON-KRG offices
7-worked on the social security reconciliation for the country offices
8-Preparing the found request for the Mosul office (the cash that all Mosul office departments need during the month so we can ask the HQ about this cash)
9-Assist on the month-end close and on the end-of-year procedure provide the document that HQ needs it.
10-Participate in the tender opening as finance observer to ensure that all procedures and policies
implanted correctly
11-manage the finance department in the Mosul office and am responsible for two employees
12-working on pro source system to review, inter, and reconcile purchase invoice
