  • Responsible for FAS Head Office administrative daily works.
  • Organized the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
  • Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Maintaining, evaluating and developing document control systems to meet company / project’s needs.
  • Handed over Mall of Arabia close out documents (As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Warranties, Commissioning

  • Led the document control team of Mall of Arabia (MOA).
  • Evaluated and maintained the documents control system of both company and project including (correspondences / technical documents records forms, filling coding system and documents flow …etc.).
  • Processed and followed up day-to-day company correspondences and project implementation documents.
  • Organized meetings, scheduled appointments and prepare the agenda and meeting minutes. 
  • Managing the preparation and maintenance of all office equipment.

  • Received and followed up all fuel supply requests provided to the water and sewage stations generators.
  • Illustrated all documents flow structures in the Microsoft Power Point.

  • Responsible for received / sent all incoming / outgoing documents for security and justice sub sector.
  • Maintained updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
  • Trained the new employees and Iraqi contractors on the documents control system.
  • Maintained the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
  • Collaborated with the project control engineers, finance and design engineers in documents and data retrieval.
