Aliya'a Al-Nadawy

I have a Bachelor's degree in the English Language/from the College of Education/at Baghdad University, and 27 years of extensive experience in the fields of translation, management, education, humanitarian assistance, monitoring & Evaluation, and development. I have good knowledge of working with donors like DRL, USAID, EU, BPRM, and GIZ. My primary objective is to further develop my skills and work towards a job role with greater responsibilities and challenges. I am highly motivated, hard-working, able to consider and analyze different opinions, and perfect at persuading others by creating relationships based on mutual trust and understanding and aim to build on my higher education to achieve further qualifications.

Throughout my employment, I have consistently shown an exceptional ability to communicate effectively whilst working under the most extreme pressures and have demonstrated that I learn quickly and effectively to produce excellent results. I am equally capable of working independently or in a team, and I'm always dedicated to giving one hundred percent commitment to whatever I do. I was able to prove to my superiors as well as to myself my ability to learn how to work quickly and effectively to be irreplaceable. In terms of interpersonal communication, I am responsive to my colleagues and eager to help whenever possible. Hence, I believe that I am a suitable candidate for this position since I possess all the necessary qualifications to perform my duties in an effective and efficient manner.
