    Refinery Operations Training Instructor

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled instructor to deliver comprehensive training programs for refinery operations technicians and engineers.

    About the Role

    • Degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred) or Bachelor's with substantial industry experience.
    • At least 10 years of experience in refinery operations, preferably in supervisory or engineering roles.
    • 5+ years of instructional experience, including training program development and delivery.

    Responsibilities

    Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to local technicians and engineers. Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of training progress.

    Requirements

    • Comprehensive understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and refinery compliance standards.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other training tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
