    Position Summary

    The Technical Sales Engineer plays a key role in identifying client requirements and proposing optimized ICT and infrastructure solutions — including networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, and enterprise software systems.

    The role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business development, supporting customers from initial engagement to post-implementation satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities
    ❖ Client Engagement:
    Identify customer requirements through meetings, surveys, and technical assessments.
    ❖ Presentations & Demonstrations:
    Deliver solution presentations and live demonstrations to clients.
    ❖ Collaboration:

    Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and cost optimized.

    ❖ Post-Sales Coordination:
    Support handover, documentation, and project kickoff processes to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
    ❖ Market Awareness:
    Stay updated on emerging technologies in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation.
    ❖ CRM & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using CRM tools.
    Qualifications & Requirements
    ❖ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
    ❖ 3–5 years of experience in ICT or technology sales, preferably in enterprise or system integration environments.
    ❖ Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise software (SAP/Odoo).
    ❖ Demonstrated experience in preparing BoQs, and proposal documentation.
    ❖ Familiarity with project management principles and post-sales support workflows.
    ❖ Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
    ❖ Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or VMware VCTA are an added advantage.
