We are seeking a seasoned Safety Expert to join our team at ACZENTA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive HSE Induction Courses to technicians and engineers, encompassing theoretical and practical aspects.
• Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards, shutdown procedures, isolation protocols, and maintenance work safety.
• Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and application of safety standards.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing training materials and assessments.
• Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite and other training tools.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
