We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough Sr. chief accountant to join our rapidly growing company. This position reports to the Finance Manager.
In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of personal and corporate accounting practices, including overseeing payroll and taxes ( social security, personal income tax).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
• Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
• Review corporate and personal income tax to ensure accuracy
• Monitor and mentor/train junior staff
• Detect and address potential compliance issues
• Maintain constant communication with the auditor, MOF and other related parties
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
• Responsible for monthly closing and P&L issuing
• Responsible of issuing clean balance sheet
• Preparing analysis reports and ad hoc management reports

• Bachelor degree in accounting auditing or finance
• Certificates or master degree is preferable
• Minimum 7 years' experience in accounting field
• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
• Expertise working with Microsoft dynamics ERP is highly preferable
• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
• Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Able to motivate the team and lead by example
