We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at ACZENTA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to local Operations Technicians and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training Sessions

You will conduct theoretical and practical training sessions, both in the classroom and on-site. Your role will also involve evaluating trainee competence through written and practical assessments, ensuring all participants meet operational standards.

Requirements and Skills:

Educational Background

A Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree with substantial industry experience will also be considered.

Professional Experience

You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in refinery operations, ideally in roles such as Operations Supervisor or Senior Operations Engineer. Significant hands-on experience with refinery unit operations is essential, as well as at least 5 years of instructional experience.

Technical Knowledge

You must have a comprehensive understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and refinery-specific compliance standards. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and other training tools is required.

Communication Skills

You should be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to deliver presentations and training to diverse audiences in both classroom and on-site settings.

Personal Attributes

Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as well as the ability to address groups and facilitate technical and hands-on learning.
