    The Role

    As a Product Manager at Toters, you will be a key driver in defining the strategy and execution for high-impact products that span our user base in multiple countries. You will own the product vision, define the roadmap, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This role is open for PMs at all levels and offers the exciting opportunity to tackle complex challenges, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and directly contribute to Toters' growth and success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

    • Shape the Future: Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for key areas of the Toters platform.
    • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and operations to translate vision into impactful products.
    • Drive Innovation: Identify market opportunities, conduct user research, and translate insights into compelling product features and enhancements.
    • Own the Execution: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

    We're Excited About You Because You Have…

    • Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in software product management. Alternatively, 2+ years of experience in software development or engineering, management consulting, or investment banking.
    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • A strong track record of collaborating effectively with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product releases.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.  
    • A passion for understanding user needs and a drive to build impactful and user-centric products.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage timelines.
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive deep and get things done.
