Job Title: HSE Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HSE Training Specialist to deliver high-quality training programs to our industry personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive HSE Induction Courses, covering theoretical and practical components, including process operational safety, material hazards and handling, and maintenance work safety.
• Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, such as isolation protocols and safety procedures prior to shutdown.
• Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding of safety standards and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering HSE training programs, including designing training materials and assessments.
• Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations and their application in an oil and gas environment.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence in presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions in diverse environments.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to engage participants effectively in both classroom and on-site training settings.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
