    The regional has headquarter in Dubai and other offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo (Egypt), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Qatar as well as 2 production plants, and 2 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the MEA region.

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide Commercial Refrigeration Product sales to Customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
    Provide Commercial Refrigeration Turnkey Solution sales to Customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
    Spot the Commercial Refrigeration projects in Jeddah and convert them to orders and revenue through support from CS, KA and Service/Equipment Sales Team

    To achieve the above perform the following:

    Understand and manage customer expectations on Commercial Refrigeration requirements keeping in mind Promptness Reliability and Kindness which is the fundamental to DAIKIN.

    Develop Commercial refrigeration dealers in Jeddah as agreed plan and KPI's

    Promote Daikin CR products from AHT, Zanotti and AHT in addition to 3rd party equipment's to ensure sales targets are achieved.

    Become the focal point of contact for all sales team members in Jeddah region regarding the Commercial Refrigeration products.
    Convert every lead into opportunities from customers or other sales branch team members.
    Order management and delivery in DKSA promptly and reliably keeping in mind Customer satisfaction.
    Process customer orders in CRM on time and improve customer satisfaction.
    Participate in review meetings and take note of any challenges on Commercial Refrigeration to take necessary actions.
    Achieve monthly and yearly Commercial Refrigeration billing and profit margin target for Western Region.
    Achieve Customer Satisfaction by responding to customers as per KPI guidelines.
    Prepare Monthly Reports on Commercial Refrigeration Performance adhering to deadlines
    Analyzing the business billing and invoice submission each month on all aspects and follow up with customers for payment
    Act as a custodian of customer satisfaction.
    Report on open orders, order booking for customers with evaluation.
    Close coordination with operation and execution team to achieve the billing target of Commercial refrigeration.
    Invoice Submission – prepare and submit LC / CAD/ SBLC etc. docs to finance for payment collection

    Job Requirements

    Experience & Knowledge

    Knowledge of commercial Refrigeration business and customers in Jeddah.
    Customer Management
    Excellent negotiation skills
    Excellent understanding of Engineering and cost estimations.
    Excellent networking and time management skills
    Minimum 5 Years of experience
    Customer Management
    Driving license

    Education

    Bachelor of Science / Engineering Graduate Degree / Marketing

    Skills

    Proficiency in English (both verbal & written).
    Strong analytical skills
    Ability to plan and lead meetings and negotiation skills.
    Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office applications

    Preferred

    Experience with manufacturer of commercial refrigeration, contracting knowledge is an advantage

    Develop new sales channels and customer list
    keep customers satisfied and engaged with Daikin Saudi as loyal customers
    Coordinate with KA/ BD / CS team in order to achieve the best results for company
    Help and contribute AMC & OMC with service (add to you contract) or separate
    promote and support Daikin HVAC business
    report to top management about any service failures with customers
    support marketing activities and customer engagement
    Geographic coverage and follow up leads from management
