- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in physiotherapy
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a healthcare setting
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Iraq
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and treatments
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other relevant software
- Proven track record of managing and developing a team
