- Develop and implement strategic plans for the oncology program in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the budget for the program and ensure efficient use of resources
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff within the oncology program
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the program
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the program and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in the delivery of oncology services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and suppliers
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of oncology and incorporate them into the program as appropriate
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events related to oncology
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Masters in Oncology ( MD )
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in oncology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of oncology treatments, procedures, and protocols
- Excellent leadership and management skills
