    This position is responsible for achieving customer and revenue targets, maintaining the highest customer satisfaction, upselling and cross selling, visiting clients.

    Identifying needs, introducing solutions that meet client needs, negotiating the terms of the offers and closing the deals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Achieve revenue targets and growth of new and existing customers.
    Professionally represent Shams with a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
    Research market needs in the public and private sectors and propose suitable solutions.
    Lead product development through continuous market research and competitor analysis.
    Generate business leads and build strong client relationships.
    Arrange meetings and visits with potential clients.
    Fill out weekly pipeline and market intelligence reports.
    Handle negotiations and deal closure with new clients.
    Use consultative selling skills to provide optimal solutions.
    Prepare business use cases based on client requirements
    Create and present demos based on customer use cases.
    Qualifications
    Strong technical background (preferably in the ICT field).
    Practical experience in direct sales, prospecting, and lead generation.
    Experience in negotiation and closing deals with strategic pricing skills.
    Knowledge of solution selling methodologies.
