Job Title: HSE Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive HSE Induction Courses to HSE Technicians and Engineers, encompassing both theoretical (classroom) and practical (on-site) components.
• Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards and handling, safety procedures prior to shutdown, isolation protocols, and maintenance work safety.
• Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and ability to apply safety standards and procedures effectively.

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations and their application in an oil and gas environment.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
• Personal Attributes: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: Estimated salary range $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
