We are seeking an experienced Refinery Operations Trainer to join our team at ACZENTA. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our operations technicians and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refinery operations, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in roles such as Operations Supervisor or Senior Operations Engineer. They should also have significant hands-on experience with refinery unit operations and at least 5 years of instructional experience.

Key responsibilities will include developing and delivering industry-specific training programs, conducting written and practical assessments, and maintaining accurate records of training progress. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be confident in delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
• Bachelor's degree with substantial industry experience will also be considered
