- Oversee the budget and financial management of rehabilitation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and provide solutions to ensure project timelines are met
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all rehabilitation activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for rehabilitation projects
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and donors
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of rehabilitation projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to rehabilitation services
- Bachelors degree in healthcare related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing rehabilitation projects
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of professionals
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and monitoring
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction and rehabilitation
