Oil & gas electrical construction engineer and site leader in health and safety, ensuring the quality of reporting and workmanship, and that all engineering work is completed professionally and ethically and reporting directly to the project manager, main functions include contract administration, project planning, and scheduling, project reporting, playing an advisory role to project management for contractual, legal, and other project issues, and a minimum of 14 years of practical experience in oil and gas, and knowledge of relevant industry and machinery standards, applicable legislation, regulations, and international best practices.

Performs inspections of drilling, transportation, and production facilities in order to determine compliance with Commission rules pertaining to environmental protection management. Responds to and investigate threats to public safety resulting from well blowouts and other hazards.
• Inspection and testing and certification of electrical installations and equipment underpin electrical safety in all situations, in the workplace. Inspector Scheme covers the production of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) in domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Planning and supporting electrical engineering design for electrical field requirements, preparation of basic design, data sheets, Specifications, support on design deliverables, FEED, and detailed design of the electrical part of the project
• Evaluate, and perform data and report QA/QC for surveillance activities such as well testing
• Dependent on project Categorization and work order reporting including (VOWD) and Forecast.
• Ensuring that the design is carried out as per the industry standard practices and in conformance with the quality management system
• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the Electrical Engineering and Design team assigned to one or more projects.
• Checks and signs all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like design reports, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Forecast and manage the demand and initiate supplies related to electrical spare parts.
• Supervising all the electric purchases with the support of the Supply manager.
• Monitoring quality systems including Quality Control Procedures and Plans
• Work System for Isolation and switching programs on LV and MV distribution systems
• Mechanical Completion Certificates and Pre-commissioning records Supervise testing and commissioning process and review as-built drawings of executed installations
• Technical support for Procurement, Subcontracting, and Construction activities included in the scope of work. Reports to the Project staff and to the Client whenever required.
• Install light and lighting ground system on the project area, also connect high-tension line power voltage and low-tension line power voltage to Transformer and VFD Control room
• Support the Commissioning Manager in planning, managing, and coordinating activities/Meetings to ensure that targets are met in compliance with the project requirement.
