Yara Ghadeer

As a UI/UX designer, my professional experience has revolved around designing and enhancing user interfaces and user experiences for a diverse range of platforms and applications. I have worked on several projects in various fields, such as e-commerce, education, health, and entertainment.

My career as a UI/UX designer began at a startup, where I was responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for mobile and web applications. I conducted research and user analysis to understand their needs and expectations, using this information to create excellent user experiences.

I faced challenges in organizing information and designing responsive and user-friendly experiences across different platforms, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Additionally, I encountered challenges in reconciling conflicting needs and visions between development and design teams, and I communicated and negotiated to achieve satisfactory solutions for everyone.

In a later stage of my professional life, I joined a large technology company, where I collaborated with multiple teams to design and improve their digital products and services. I participated in comprehensive design processes, starting from clarifying requirements and creating initial interface sketches, all the way to designing patterns and final details.

As I mentioned, I studied Information Engineering at Tishreen University, and this education is closely related to the field of UI/UX design. During my studies, I acquired strong technical skills in software development and information systems, providing me with a deep understanding of the technical and practical aspects of UI/UX design.

The study program in Information Engineering included courses where I learned graphic design concepts, experimental design, user analysis, user interface design, and user experience. I also learned about database design techniques, web application development, programming, and software development.

Furthermore, my studies in Information Engineering provided me with opportunities to work on applied and collaborative projects with fellow students, where I learned the art of cooperation and teamwork in development and design teams. I also had the chance to benefit from practical workshops and specialized training courses in the field of interface design and user experience.

In summary, my education in Information Engineering at Tishreen University has provided me with a strong technical and applied foundation. It has given me the knowledge and essential skills that help me design and enhance user interfaces and user experiences effectively and innovatively.
