I am an experienced executive whose current role is Head of HR Kurdistan & Arab North Department

@ Zain Telecom Iraq. Previous roles were Head of HR Operation Department/ Acting HR Director

with Zain, Head of HR Department at Financial Links/ Iraq Duty Free at Baghdad Airport, HR Director

at Asiacell Telecom in Iraq, after earlier positions with the company including Training & Development

and Technology Coordination Senior Manager. Earlier positions with FAO/UN and Iraqi then KRG

Governments.

Three months consultancy contract with the American University of Kurdistan in Dohuk Iraq to

support and build the Human Resources Department and hire talented teachers for the Faculties.

My skills and experience encompass HR & training leadership, HR Strategy, training delivery in

different subjects and continue on being trainer even with leadership positions I held, driving change

initiatives and risk management, and I am a highly commercial leader with excellent negotiation and

analytical skills and the confidence to make tough decisions and ensure their successful

implementation.

I also have excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and easy

moving in all Iraq cities with strong networking in human resources and headhunting.
