I have amassed over 18 years of significant, progressive experience in civil engineering projects within the construction industry. During my career I have participated in many civil engineering projects, all of them were successful. My progressive engineering experience has provided me with the opportunity to develop strong client relation building skills and an ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams. 
My expertise includes construction management, Quality control, quality assurance, managing client relationships, negotiating, resolving disputes, reporting, &providing training.
Variety of construction site experience I have worked in, including insights of codes and standards, quality control, and OSHA construction site safety regulations. Additionally, I have a proven track record of identifying and developing quality assurance strategies to leverage new construction innovations, including the construction of multi-stories Dormitory and Barracks Buildings in Iraq and Jordan, Repairing Aircraft Runway, Constructing Water Wells, Constructing of new roads network, constructing new utility network of Sewer, Water, Electrical and Communication systems, while assisting in building construction, and managing the work with all government officials, and the end-users.
I’ve managed the quality control department in one of the concrete (and other innovated products) companies in Boston, New England.
