 Supervises and coordinates post assignments, schedules, breaks, annual leave, sick leave, and management within the Local Guard Force (LGF)
 Periodically patrols and inspects all guards’ posts to ascertain that guards diligent and attentive to their duties in accordance with the General Guard Orders and SOPs.

 Daily security reporting to Regional Security Office (RSO) such as number of regular visitors, VIP visitors, number of vehicles arrival and departures including US mission vehicles and reporting incidents covering unusual activities or accidents.
 Prepare daily shift report, regarding Guard Electronic Monitoring system (GEMS) for Management of attendance Post activity.

    During COVID-19 pandemic I held Local Guard Force Commander for approximately six months,
 Evaluating guard’s performance and preparing annual Employee Performance Report (EPR) and Work Development Plans (WDP) for approximately 70 employees and provide security training to LGF personnel.
 Investigates irregularities and complaints pertaining to the conduct of local guards and other aspects of the local guard’s performance.
 Liaises with designated local authority security, safety, emergency officials and arranging access for high level visitors matter.
 Conduct monthly inspect of all access points and all fire extinguisher at all security posts in the compound checking their function and report the condition to Regional Security officer.

At my last position as Local Guard Force Supervisor in U.S General consulate in Erbil, for more than five years, my primary duties included observing for suspicious behavior, as well as keeping record of events.
