1. Introduction:

I am a qualified Financial Professional with a specialization in “Finance Management’’ and an MBA with 16 + years post qualified experience with Auditors (Auditing companies), Oil & Gas, Cement manufacturing, Mobile Fuel, Telecommunication Companies, Hospitality Industries (Five Star Hotel and Restaurants Business), Beauty Salon, Trading and Financing Companies, and NGOs.

And I have got the post qualified experience in those organizations as executing finance and accounts strategies and processes, accomplishing corporate goals and profitability for the organization, and steering overall accounting operations and audit of the organization including revenue & expenses, procurement and logistics, contract compliance, receivables, deposits, disbursements, admin & payroll, assets, and inventory management.

2. Achievements:

In my key achievements in the current organization with the position of Group Finance Manager, I am deserving of the following roles and responsibilities to succeed in the international ways to produce the financial reports with the proper procedures according to the local and international investors required.

·         Work under pressure, understand complex business transaction requirements and work to tight deadlines.

·         Effectively manage stakeholders’ accounts and their financial Reports.

·         Develop a network within External & Internal Finance to aid in the team’s understanding of financial data.

·         A self-starter and communicate well across different groups at all levels.

·         Extensive experience and understanding of financial systems is a prerequisite

·         Finance and Accounting experience in a leadership role with company procedures and policy.

·         Understand concepts and apply them to practical situations.

·         Understands and prepares very well financial accounting (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, Stakeholders account for Statement of Changes in Owners' Equity ) and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators) used by professional services firms.

·         I am very well at the MS office, especially with Excel for financial analytics and data modeling.

·         Proficient, or able to become proficient quickly, with DTTL financial systems (Sun Systems, SAP – Business One- Under Process, ERP (Oracle 11i), Omega, QuickBooks, Bayan System, Tally ERP 9 (Multi-User), other as needed)

·         Clear, concise verbal and written communication in English.

Also, I have a very good experience in NGOs with the position of Financial Controller to handle the Admin and Project funds in order to make sure they are properly utilized according to the admin and donors policy & procedures. And I have handled the below budgets from different donors.
