KTP Associate 2019 -2021

I was working as a KTP associate in machine learning at Ulster University. My role is to extend the current capabilities of Datactics Ltd quality software platform by providing data smart predictive framework using machine learning. Within these months, I have accomplished several tasks.
I was developed Automated Entity Resolution machine learning models. The model is self-learning and can define a set of statistical rules without requiring an expert to explore the business rules.
In 2020, I was developed the Hybrid Labelling model with target to reduce the cost of manual labelling. It was assisting the Datatics to minimize the number of expert reviewers from 6 to 3 when labelling a dataset. Using the Hybrid Labelling g framework, the manual burden of undertaken labelling data has been dramatically decreased as only the most relevant instances are presented to reviewers to label.

Data Scientist Consultant

I have been working as a data scientist specialist at Datactics remotely. During seven month I was deployed two NLP textual analysis models

I was designed and developed Error Detection Representation machine learning with aim to detect errors in data automatically without the need of a data engineer to define the business rule. Datactics had been using a deterministic approach to identify errors in data. It is a time intensive task where data engineers spend a lot of effort in formulating rules for the data quality platform. The model adds significant benefit to company as it can detect error in data without human intervention.
I am designing the transfer learning model using Bidirectional Encoder Representations (BERT) with deep learning. The model can be used for the various tasks in NLP text classification in the future particularly when amount of data is small. The model is built from scratch, it can perform various tasks, including preprocessing data, creating model, optimizing model, pre-trained model, and fine-tuning model.
