As a Capacity Building Assistant with IOM, I have had the opportunity to work closely in providing the essential information and support in the maintenance activities . In this role, I have gained extensive experience monitoring and evaluation for field activities, developing and implementing programs to meet those needs, collaborating with other organizations to coordinate aid and services. I am particularly adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships with community leaders and other key stakeholders and managing teams of volunteers and staff. In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Tikrit University , which has provided me with a strong background in training and management . I am also fluent in the English language , which would be an asset in working .
