I am a confident, highly organized, energetic and exceptionally talented Human Resource coordinator and administrator with more than 2 years experience working in both HR Department and Managing Director Office as an administrator and personal assistant to the managing director. I am a self-motivated person with excellent negotiation, communication and management skills, and a quick learner with a great ability to work in complex situations. In other words, I am a business administration graduate and a human resource experienced officer seeking a job position that will utilize the professional and personal skills developed through my past studies and work experience.

I am a highly skilled personal assistant to the managing director of the South Kurdistan Petroleum Company with over than 2 years experience, and have worked for 2 years in HR department of SelectServe company. My experience aligns well with any HR, Administration, Management office jobs as I have worked as a personal assistant to the managing director of one of the big oil and gas service companies in Sulaymaniyah, and I believe that I can make a valuable addition to any company.
After working as a personal assistant in such a big company, I have advanced my knowledge in time management, data organizing, prioritizing tasks, collecting and analyzing data precisely and creating detailed reports, providing support to employees, and effectively and efficiently functioning the manager’s office. Furthermore, my previous experiences in working in the filled of HR, administration and manager’s office has played a big role in improving my skills including interpersonal and communicational and excellent relationship building skills that I apply to my next career.

I have a bachelor degree in business administration from the American university of Iraq, Sulaymaniyah. I have taken so many courses before and after my undergraduate study. The latest one was ISI International Security and Intelligence Programme at the Magdalene College in Cambridge University, UK. Also, I have taken the HR, and Strategic Management Courses in the American University of Iraq, Sulaymaniyah. Furthermore, I have taken Open Source Intelligence Gathering course by SANS Organization which helped me a lot in finding it easier to work as a HR employee in terms of gathering data and organizing, analyzing them to write a precise report. I also have participated in the London HR summit in 2018.

I have a solid educational foundation and a passion in both working with others in teams, and/or taking the responsibility to efficiently working alone without direct supervision.
