I am Chemical Engineer with more than 15 years of working experience in different oil & gas companies in Pakistan, Iraq, UAE & Chad, Central Africa.

Currently, working as Operations Engineer at SDPB-CNOOC, Missan Oilfields Iraq at Degassing Stations. Missan Oilfield has 9 degassing stations to monitor & control crude oil production and transport oil, gas and water to central processing facility for treatment and finally to export for sale.

Secondly, worked as Operation Supervisor at Antonoil Services DMCC, Oryx Oilfield Chad, Central Africa. The facility has crude oil production & treatment, storage, exporting station, natural gas production, gas compressors, produced water injection and power generation units operated by DCS & SCADA (ABB Ability System 800xA). Successfully commissioned the oil gathering manifold/ station (OGM), Degassing Station, Central Processing Facility (CPF) and oil export terminal station (OETS).

Thirdly, worked as Process/ Operation Engineer in Petroleum Exploration Limited (PEPL), Hassan Gas Field, Block-22, Pakistan, operated by Distributed Control System (DCS Delta-V 7.4.1 EMERSON). It’s having Gas Sweetening Unit, Gas Dehydration Unit and Utilities.

Fourthly, worked as DCS Plant Operator at Gulf Flour LLC, UAE, chemical manufacturing plant, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. One of the largest complex for production of Sulphuric Acid, Hydrogen Flouride and Aluminium Flouride. Participated in the erectioning, commissioning, startup & shut down activities of the Sulphuric Acid Plant.

Fifthly, worked as Process Engineer in Hycarbex American Energy Inc. Haseeb Gas Processing Plant, Pakistan, having gas sweetening unit and dehydration unit, Shikarpur Sindh. It’s having PLC operating system of SIEMENS. Participated part in the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities of the MDEA unit, TEG unit and Utilities.

Lastly, I have my experience of fertilizer sector i.e Suraj Fertilizer Limited, Pakistan. The manufacturer of sulphuric acid and single super phosphate granulated (GSSP), also having the waste heat recovery system for Power Generation of 15 MWH. The largest plant in Pakistan controlled by DCS (Advan Trol –Pro SUPCON), where worked as Production Engineer. Participated in the erectioning, commissioning, start up and shut down activities of the whole project.

Working as Operations Engineer at Missan Oilfields Iraq at degassing stations. The facility has 9 degassing stations to transport oil, gas and water to central processing facility at Buzurgan.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting plant manager to daily production and operational activities.

Worked as Production Engineer in Suraj Fertilizer at Sulphur Acid production plant and Single Super Phosphate fertilizer production. Also participated in the erectioning, commissioning, startup & shut down activities of the whole Project.

The largest plant in Pakistan, controlled by DCS (SUPCON) having waste heat recovery system for power generation (WHB 11.5 T/hr @ 45 Kg/cm2 & Steam Turbine 4 MWh).
