A.1 Program Planning, Implementation and Budget Management (sub grants).

1. Manage the sub-award process by ensuring that the partners follow contractual requirements, submit financial and progress reports on time, and their work plans and M&E plans are on track.
2. Ensure close communication with sub-grantees implementing projects.
3. Identify potential problems during the implementation of projects by the sub-grantees and make recommendations.
4. Conduct periodic audits of sub-grants. On average, # sub-grantees will be audited every month. Ensure that compliance and performance monitoring is conducted on regular basis.
5. Lead the handover process along with partners’ capacity building plan and ensure Support.
6. Liaise with relevant departments at HQ and regional level to ensure sub-award agreements are 

1. Under the supervision of the Program Manager (PM), I’ lead on the implementation of the project, with the aim of delivering high quality programming, which meets the needs of beneficiaries and the project goals
2. I used to Coordinate with relevant departments within IMC to ensure the smooth implementation of program activities according to plan (i.e., coordinate for transport, purchase of program material and equipment, etc.
3. I was responsible for designing, implement and monitoring GBV programs
4. Developed training and learning modules as well as mentoring and coaching tool
5. Coordinate the GBV activities implementation with other NGOs and governmental institutes
6. Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations and clusters
7. Implement capacity-building opportunities on the technical aspect of GBV activities -     
8. Coordinate cross-department meetings within IMC partners.
