My name Mustafa Attallah, and I have possess over six years of professional experience in the areas of logistics and procurement. This expertise has been honed through my work with various organizations in different cities, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.

As a Procurement  Officer, my responsibilities include consolidating procurement requests and optimizing purchasing power, evaluating and selecting vendors based on performance, reliability, quality, and value for money, ensuring all purchase requisitions are completed with necessary signatures and authorizations, submitting payment requests and initiating payments, posting all purchase requisitions and orders into the system accurately and on a timely basis, coordinating with field offices, verifying goods received notes and preparing asset assignment and handover forms, managing hotel and construction-related files, ensuring proper storage of organization's documents and records, liaising with government institutes for required documentation, and working on the CP & Cognos system. Additionally, I supervise and manage drivers, to ensure compliance with traffic rules and maintenance, coordinate travel arrangements, monitor vehicle log books, and generate performance reports. also I’m oversee office maintenance, including periodic maintenance and vendor contracts.

I have already obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from the English Translation Department at the College of Arts, University of Tikrit.
