With a background in HR management and consultancy, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university in the United Kingdom, as well as a Master's in International Business from a reputable university in the United States, 9 years of experience as an HR Manager at Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG in Oman, and currently working as a Payroll & Employee HR Officer at Durham County Council in the United Kingdom with 4 years of experience, I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to your team.

In my role as an HR Manager, I developed and implemented strategies, operational plans, and budgets for required training services in line with the overall strategic framework. I designed and delivered all systems, learning, and development solutions in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts and clients. I also collaborated with external and internal stakeholders to manage training providers for efficient and high-quality delivery of training in accordance with the budget and standards. This included participation in negotiations of contracts, evaluations of bidders, and quality assurance. I managed a localization training program to meet the targets based on contract requirements.

In my current role as Payroll & Employee HR Officer, I have been responsible for the processing of payroll for a large number of employees, ensuring that all payroll data is accurate and up-to-date. I have also been responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Additionally, I have been providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on a range of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and development.

I have experience analysing and diagnosing training requirements to ensure that training solutions are proactive and support the strategic direction of the company and stakeholders. I also managed tailor-made training short-term training workshops and longer-term training jobs as requested by stakeholders and provided facilitation and consultancy. I also ran, developed, and monitored annual reports for management for training programs and workshops.

I have experience monitoring the partner performance and control system to ensure adherence to best HR practice and compliance to regularity requirements. I also monitored and motivated the team to ensure their performance and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget. I recommended HR tools to achieve process efficiency and participated in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. I also provided overall leadership and guidance on talent acquisition, career development, retention training, and leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
