In my role as an HR Manager, I developed and implemented strategies, operational plans, and budgets for required training services in line with the overall strategic framework. I designed and delivered all systems, learning, and development solutions in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts and clients. I also collaborated with external and internal stakeholders to manage training providers for efficient and high-quality delivery of training in accordance with the budget and standards. I also managed tailor-made training short-term training workshops and longer-term training jobs as requested by stakeholders and provided facilitation and consultancy. I also ran, developed, and monitored annual reports for management for training programs and workshops.

I also monitored and motivated the team to ensure their performance and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
