Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Financial reports for different donors and preparing bank

reconciliations for each project.

  • Supporting the program team with financial monitoring and Partner &

donor audit and follow-up.

  • Data entry into Sahli Soft accounting system
  • Budget availability control
  • monthly cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure compliance with KOHRW and donors’ procedures
  • To coordinate and ensure proper administrative filing and archive according

to KOHRW procedures managing. Preparation for internal and external

auditing.

  • To ensure correct budget processing, checking conformity and consistency

of expense items, as well as accordance with procedures in force supporting

the Finance team and the Program team with projects and tasks when

required. I.e., budgeting.

  • Petty Cash for Erbil Office and Cash Count
  • Any other extra task required by the Finance and Admin Manager.
  • Keeping account books and systems up to date
  • Prepare tax documents
  • Compile and analyze financial statements
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting.
  • Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets

and financial forecasts.

  • Prepare, and present Annual Financial reports.
  • Assist program department in preparing Projects' Budget and Projects'

Financial Plan.

  • Project financial management

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day leadership and support to medical team. 
  • Oversee and participate in all related medical-team-duties, including providing guidance and support to staff as needed. 
  • Develop staff schedules, participate in recruitment, orientation and performance management processes and assure procedures are complete and current. 
  • Monitor and instruct staff to ensure high beneficiaries service standards. 
  • Facilitate open lines of communication with staff, supervisor, nursing, patients and families. 
  • Create solutions to optimize service to internal and external beneficiaries.
