• Provide field engineering support to perform site surveys and data gathering at various locations throughout the field.
• Preparation of pipeline design deliverables using AutoCAD.
• Awareness and exposure of piping design deliverables such as piping GA’s, Isometrics, pipe support drawings, MTO’s and Tie-in schedule.
• Awareness of interdisciplinary activities and coordination such as PFD & P&IDs.
• Responsible for design team activities and assisting Senior Designer and Engineers.
• Assist in coordination of all activities related to pipeline discipline.
• Assist the pipeline lead for solving technical problems arising during project development.
• Develop and/or review material specifications for pipelines and risers.
• Involving to verifying pipeline interface with other engineering department for routing study.
• Designing Pipeline Route map (UXO) and select the best corridor to facilitate for construction work.
• Review Client's technical documentation and requirements.
• Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute in updating Company standards.
• Review the Client’s technical documents during the bid phase.
• Assist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement department.
• Perform/verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required to design the pipelines system, including the engineering activities of third parties/sub-contractors.
• Define standards and procedures for the relative engineering area and contribute to software evaluations.
• Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
• Define standards and procedures for the relative engineering area and contribute to software evaluations.
• Compile the alignment sheets and design manual.
• Assist with the selection of laying spread/methods and perform/review installation design analysis for the pipeline.
• Prepare the design basis/CTRs for the pipeline design and interface with the relative process and structures and installation.
• Interact with customers to maintain, update, and create mapping products
