 Keep vendor profiles updated to include contact information, and address changes.
 Follow up with vendors who have not processed invoices and paperwork.
 Negotiation with the vendor regarding quality, price, warranty, and delivery lead time of the goods and 
service.
 Identifies and corrects problems with cost and quality by alerting vendors of problems or discrepancies and 
negotiating solutions without compromising relationships.
 Keep track of vendor transaction records and identify a good vendor who has the least billing errors and is 
the most cooperative.
 Management contracts for internet service providers/ villas.
