33KV, 33/11 KV, 11/3.3KV, 11/0.415KV power transformers, switchgears and HV/LV Motors.
•HV/ LV power, control and communication cables installation, Hi-Pot testing.
•Cathodic protection system pipe lines and Metal Tanks. cable laying, and Termination, Installation and termination of Transformerrectifier.
•Small power distribution, lighting system, battery bank & UPS.
•Plant earthling & lighting protection system.
•Inspection of various types of cable trays and conduit system.
•Electrical heat tracing for process area.
•Conduct material receiving inspection, Cabinet installation, Junction boxes, Instrument local panels, cable laying inspection andinstallation inspection as per ITP.
•Instruments like flow transmitters, level transmitters, temperature
•Paging system, plant alarm system (smoke detectors, heat detectors, gas detectors & manual call points)
•Inspection of Enclosures (IP, Ex, Temp & Gas group)
•Perform inspection of cable trench before laying the cables and back-filling after laying the cables.
•Installation switchgear (LV) panels
•Installation and test LV equipment (power cables, motors, lighting system, heat tracing & transformers)
Documentation skills
•Prepare ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
•Prepare RFI (Request for inspection)
•Prepare TDR (Technical document registration)
•Prepare MDR (Material document registration)
•Prepare procedure and plans
•Technical and commercial proposal preparing
