Duties & Responsibilities:

• To pioneer, lead and own the formulation and execution of the supply chain policies, strategy and plans.

• Leading ‘Procure to Pay’ process of goods and services including Warehousing and Inventory Management. Major areas of Procurement include Raw Material (Limestone, Gypsum, Laterite, Silica Sand etc.), Lubes / HSD / HFO, Projects Procurement, Power Generation, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Auto Workshop and Quarry related Store, spares & services, consumables & critical items etc.

• Perform data analysis and prepare reports for the top Management.

• Develop and maintain work culture that promotes integrity and ethical values.

• Develop, maintain and evaluate result-oriented and customer-focused team(s) to ensure that resources are utilized effectively and that Work schedules and targets are Met.

• Compile the annual budget and Monitor and control expenditure against the approved budget.

• Manage day-to-day activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timelines and cost effectiveness.

• Any other task assigned by COO, CEO and Directors.
