Duties & Responsibilities: 

• To pioneer, lead and own the formulation and execution of the supply chain policies, strategy and plans. 

• Leading ‘Procure to Pay’ process of goods and services including Warehousing and Inventory Management. Major areas of Procurement include Raw Material (Limestone, Gypsum, Laterite, Silica Sand etc.), Lubes / HSD / HFO, Projects Procurement, Power Generation, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Auto Workshop and Quarry related Store, spares & services, consumables & critical items etc. 

• Perform data analysis and prepare reports for the top Management. 

• Develop and maintain work culture that promotes integrity and ethical values. 

• Develop, maintain and evaluate result-oriented and customer-focused team(s) to ensure that resources are utilized effectively and that Work schedules and targets are Met. 

• Compile the annual budget and Monitor and control expenditure against the approved budget. 

• Manage day-to-day activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timelines and cost effectiveness. 

• Any other task assigned by COO, CEO and Directors.

A self-motivated and result-oriented ‘Certified Supply Chain Professional’ (APICS, USA), with Masters in Industrial Management (Supply Chain) and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, having more than 14 years of diversified experience with recognized excellence and intensive exposure to Strategic Procurement, Supply and Service Level Agreements, Contracts, Performance Measurement & Improvement, Evaluation and Awarding Strategies, Contracts Negotiation, Project Management, SRM, CRM, SCOR® Model, Spend Management, Budgeting, setting Procurement Strategies, Policies, Guidelines / SOPs etc., Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics and fully conversant with modern Supply Chain Management practices.
