 Currently, in my role at REACH Organization as a Supply Chain Manager, my Team and I have successfully covered all Supply chain related transactions for our organization for the past 6 years. I'm fiercely competitive in my approach, and I can handle complex situations from both a strategic and a tactical perspective. As a Supply Chain Manager, I have helped my organization develop a strong supply chain procedures, Digitalized procurement process and have issued over 500 contracts for variety of projects ranging from architectural, agricultural and urgent response procurement for refugees.

Additionally, I am able to identify, exploit, take advantage of, and fully develop our supply chain process and procedures to tackle any upcoming situation that might occur. With my previous employer - The REACH Organization, I constantly exceeded all goals, and I was valued for my ability to deal with complex situations by coming up with unique and fresh solutions. I was responsible for managing all formal bidding process from A to Z, project monitoring and feedback (Including dispute solutions in coordination with implementation team), and forging enduring relationships with local suppliers.
