.I am currently working as university assistant lecturer which helped me to improve my writing skills as I thought accamdeci skill. However, I have had experience as an assistant director of OSTARVA university and academic coordinator at SABIS company which helped me to gain a vast experience in management and team leading in a diverse multi-cultural environment. I have successfully undertaken various team projects within both academic and non-academic environments and acquired all the qualities and skills of a successful team player and team leader. An organized, driven, hardworking individual with an excellent educational record, passion for education, health and safety, and humanitarian principles with extensive experience in management, data analysis, teambuilding and team leading. A highly approachable, positive individual with good people skills as well as the ability to lead, make critical decisions and work to deadlines. I have shown myself to be self-motivated, committed, and determined in achieving my goals. I have also demonstrated negotiating and organizing skills, a firm sense of responsibility and my capacity to work hard under pressure. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and can relate to a wide range of people, as proven by my current and previous job experiences.
