I am working in the employee development function coordinating the staff’s training (internally-externally), My job title is coordinator but having all the responsibilities and authority of the Training Manager. 

Following up with succession planning training needs for the employees, KPIs performance reviews, delivering training, working closely with the manager for mentoring, coaching the employees, and being responsible for students’ summer internships.

I am a hard worker, competent smart. my previous managers appreciated my quality and productive performance in leading my team toward achieving the organization’s goals

I started as a junior it was a challenging path to get where I am now. I took many training, developed myself, and updated my skills.

I am looking for more development and challenges in the future.
