Succussed managing many managerial positions with UNDP, IOM, government and private sectors. Leading and conducting research assessments in multiple sectors such as development, economic, social and infrastructure with UN agencies to support the ongoing program context analysis. Managing the collecting data process related to climate change and water scarcity in Iraq by using different methods such as focus groups, workshops, surveys and desk research, consolidating them from the verified source and analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data. Participation in preparing the annual strategic plan and quarterly and annual agency reports with interpreting data analytically. Managing different stakeholder expectations and being willing to take full responsibility for delivering project objectives. Leading multiple field teams to achieve planned programme targets in Diyala, Saladin and Anbar. Received more than 35 acknowledgement letters for delivering outstanding service and have consistently surpassed my target key performance index (KPIs). Assisting in mapping the actual durable solution needs for the returning families through representing UNDP in the Durable Solution Technical Working Group (DSTWG) to facilitate area-level planning, implementation, and coordination to established priority areas, driven by actors who are committed to supporting a localized durable solution response. Contribute to environment protection by applying new design approaches for the ongoing implemented projects and starting to green UNDP offices through my roles as a team leader of the UNDP volunteer green team through establishing a comprehensive eco-system.
