01. Tasks ▪ Training for government ministries employees, on social development and social safety ▪ Coordinating with government agencies before visits and working on developing our programs ▪ focal point of contact between GIZ, CSOs, NGOs, to coordinate on core tasks and sign understandings. ▪ Coordination and monitoring Provide direct support to the CSO focal point (25%) and the M&E advisor (25%) ▪ Research, compiles, and makes available relevant information, offers, and acts around social and economic reintegration The Psychosocial counsellor ▪ Counselling of clients regarding psychosocial needs stressors. ▪ Consult with staff to develop diagnoses and treatment plans in accordance with the needs of their patients ▪ Participate in the development of counselling policies and procedures 2. Research ▪ in consultation with the coordinator and the advisors, prepares and carries out qualitative research projects (developing survey instruments, field trials, training field staff, organizational preparation in the field, collecting and analyzing data,) 3. Knowledge management ▪ Communicating, updating, and collecting information on returnees and potential migrants ▪ Supports the M&E in assembling data on returnees and potential migrants techniques. ▪ Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards. ▪ Knowledge of crisis intervention social techniques ▪ Ability to observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress. ▪ Interviewing and psychological/developmental evaluation skills. ▪ Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information. ▪ Knowledge of psychological test administration, scoring, and interpretation
