head of Logistics
Coordinating between all sites of the main company to ensure every
branche is sufficiently satisfied with all the resources needed for proper implementation.
safekeeping of soft and hard copies of the procurement orders,packages,RFQ,packing list forms, cargo dispatch forms, warehousing documents, distribution reports, and imports and exports forms.
scheduling of inboundes goods and procurement related operations including coordinating with the suppliers/service providers for the delivery and transportation of the goods for the work site /project.
monitoring warehouse records of all goods that are received and dispatched.
Ensuring proper documentation of all Supply Chain processes and for securing inventory traceability and tracking
Managing packing item distribution and its budget
supervising the vehicles department for ensuring the best proper transportation outcome and overall performance
Reviewing of purchase orders to ensure accuracy and fixing shipment errors
Responding and following up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendo rsand customers related to purchase orders
Working closely with Production Dep. to managing, tracking and supervising the whole supply chain operations in depth.
